Drives high level functional support to the HR Team and the organization as a whole in the areas of compensation, data analytics, and benefits. The position also supports the HRIS Analyst in a variety of projects and related tasks. This positon provides quality service in a time efficient manner, balancing the need for research and detail within business constraints for turnaround.
