  • Overview

    Drives high level functional support to the HR Team and the organization as a whole in the areas of compensation, data analytics, and benefits. The position also supports the HRIS Analyst in a variety of projects and related tasks. This positon provides quality service in a time efficient manner, balancing the need for research and detail within business constraints for turnaround.


    • Refine, maintain, and build a compensation system that supports Aviation, Maintenance, Clinical, Business Development, Executive, Management and all other functional areas of the business.
    • Develop detailed compensation policies and procedures.
    • Do regular compensation analysis and participate in national compensation surveys.
    • Provides detailed data analytics on a variety of HR initiatives that drive better performance for the business and more efficiencies for the department.
    • Provides support to HRIS Analyst on significant projects, which could include annual increases and performance management.
    • Administer the AMGH benefits programs for REACH Medical Holdings, including managing all communications and processes for open enrollment.
    • Presents a benefits overview to all new hires at our new employee orientation program, and provide customer service to staff as they enroll in the benefit programs
    • Participates in benefits administration to include issues resolution, employee change reporting, and routine benefits related inquiries.
    • Serve as a key liaison with third parties and other stakeholders (e.g. payroll). Use project management skills and systems in managing projects. May provide overall project management for a given HR initiative. Recommends process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy.
    • Could assist in organizational training and development efforts.
    • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, a related field or equivalent experience.
    • 5 or more years of experience in Human Resources, with specific experience in benefits administration and compensation development and administration.
    • Solid experience with various PC-based software programs including complex databases and reporting.
    • Prior experience with an HRIS database required. Workday experience is preferred.



    • Experience in working independently, effectively organize multiple priorities and meet agreed-on deadlines.
    • Ability to balance friendly, service-oriented relationship with employees, while maintaining strict confidentiality.
    • Experience working under pressure with frequent interruptions on tasks that require attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Skills in observation, assessment, problem solving, and exercising sound judgment and tact
