  • Overview

    The Senior Financial Analyst will primarily be responsible for assisting REACH with managing spend, for analytics related to investment decisions, and thought leadership in helping business unit management with running the business.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide standard Financial Planning and Analysis functions for the business units at AMGH: budgeting, forecasting and monthly variance explanations
    • Create financial models to analyze various business opportunities and cost savings initiatives
    • Develop and deliver monthly and quarterly management reporting
    • Lead multi-disciplinary projects across REACH and AMGH Finance
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance-related field
    • Minimum 4 years experience as a Financial or Business analyst or Accountant
    • Strong proficiency in developing complex models and analytics within Microsoft Excel
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    • A team player with a willingness to collaborate with co-workers throughout the AMGH footprint
    • A self-starter with the ability to work independently
    • A strong commitment to meeting internal and external deadlines with limited supervision
    • The ability to develop, organize and present findings to a wide range of audiences
    • Solid oral and written communications skills

    Reporting Structure

    The position reports to: Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, REACH Medical Holdings

     

    Location

    The position is at the REACH Headquarters in Sacramento, California. The applicant must be willing to work from the office at the REACH Headquarters no later than September 1, 2019.
